Oh, real quick! I made some kale chips - not so good. Next time, if there is a next time I will use the kale the day I buy it rather than days later. I also made some coleslaw for the first time and it was really easy and yummy. All it had was red cabbage, apple slice, mayonnaise or yogurt, and cider vinegar. Easy peasy!
